Well, after 12 long months Casey is finally home. Albiet not for long :(

 

It was lovely to see her and to watch her and Darcy meet for the first time! Ceilidh hasn't stopped hugging her and wouldn't come home when the rest of us did! Connor was just so excited at the presents she brought him! lol!

 

Daniel - the boyfriend - has come as well. He seems really nice and I feel sorry for him dealing with our family all in one go! It would be very scary!!

 

What a busy week we have though. Casey's 21st Friday night, Darcy's Baptism Sunday. And then all of the normal things as well!!

 

I hope that the time doesn't fly too quickly whilst she is here. She needs to go back to Germany at the end of August - and this time - we don't know when we will see her again.

Well I had heard about 'blogs' but had no idea what they were until I was listening to ABC on Friday and the DJ was discussing the blogs on the net from London.

'Ah-hah' - that's the blog thing I saw on msn. So here I am, writing my first 'blog'!

I am having trouble starting up all this msn space stuff! i tried to d/l photos but am just getting a blank screen, like it's java or something - but it's not working. So not sure what is going on!

 

I really should go to bed - 1.05 am and, knowing my luck, the kids will be up in 5 hours! It's just nice to have online time without 'mum, help me.' 'mum, Im hungry.' 'mum, Connor's kicking me!' etc etc etc!

 

Hubby is asleep on the lounge watching the cricket - I would be too if I had to watch that rubbish!

 

I have 2 books I'm in the middle of, really should go and curl up in bed on this wickedly cold night and read them!

 

Will try to do the photo bit again tomorrow, in daylight hours!!
